| Preperty approached Avity to create a website that would function simultaneously as a resource for people looking to find an apartment in one of the many buildings they manage as well as resource for current tenants. Due to the constant turnover of the rental market, the site needed to be flexible and easily updatable.
The resulting Preperty.com allows visitor to easily look for apartments in their area and price range. Via an extensive CMS, Preperty is able to keep this list constantly up to date and even have the ability to feature specific properties on the home page and elsewhere.
Prospective tenants can apply for an apartment through a combination of an online form and a printable PDF application. Existing tenants can use the Resident Resources feature to log in and submit and track work orders when they have a problem. |
